Mumbai, Oct 14 (IANS) "Choti Sardarni" actor Amal Sehrawat makes sure to take time off whenever he can. He swears by 'mother nature supplement to de-stress himself.

"Travelling is something that I really look forward to. The rush that I feel by just thinking about it, is amazing. I usually travel with family or friends but when I travel alone, I go to a different world altogether.

"I don't save money especially for holidays but when I get a sizable amount, the first thing I do is that I book a holiday. If I am busy with work and can't go out of the country, I take smaller trips to beautiful destinations in India. Travelling, to me, is like entering a fairy tale book. A completely new world, new people and new experiences," he said.

The actor believes it's important to de-stress yourself.

"Eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly and good sleep are important. I even go for body massages and aroma therapy but I strongly believe that one needs to take a little bit of 'mother nature supplement' each day. A 15-minute walk in the park or on the beach will release all the stress from your mind and body. No medicine and no doctor can do that," he said.
