Hello, I am Vivek. I will be coming to Chicago for 1 year in mid-January 2015. Can one of you good people give me suggestions for a place to live that would be near W Jackson Boulevard #5. I am neither a software-engineer (nor coming on an H1-B) so I will there pretty much on a very-very shoe-string budget. Grateful and highly-appreciate if I could get suggestions for a either a No-Rent-Only-Expenses kind of place OR one with a very low rent (maybe one close to W Jackson Boulevard #5.
