Hi everyone, can anyone pls tell me whether 2500USD per month in California is sufficient for a bachelor to lead a normal life.... its very urgent n it will be really helpful if anybody take few minutes of time to give the details abt the cost of living in california....Thank You.
yes 2,500 is enough if your moving to the LA area you can find something around 700-1400 apartment in good shape studio to 1-2 rooms generally in that price range some apartments have immunities included as well as furnished apartments available.I am moving myself to LOS Angeles this year and have done the research and even found two nice places to rent. Raghavendra,Where in California are you going does matter. Also accomodation/apartment rates is pricier than WA state. So if you are planning to stay alone, a good part of your salary would end up for apartment rent. Hence your savings will come down considerably.Other than the rental rates, other expenses are comparable to WA state.Good luck!!
