Ankit S. 5/9/2016 Member of SeattleIndian.com City: Bellevue	Regardless of visa type, unless it is GC, you would need EAD. Without EAD, you will not be able to work. At the same time, I am assuming that you have SSN as well because that is another thing you may need to work.
Mamta B. 5/5/2016 City: Naperville	Actually I am bit confused regarding EAD since at many places it is mentioned that a L2 visa holder does not require a EAD .
Ankit S. 5/5/2016 Member of SeattleIndian.com City: Bellevue	You can look for full time working options as well. Given you are on L2 visa and if you have lived here for more than 4 weeks now in USA, you can apply for Employment Authorization Document (EAD) that will give you eligibility to apply full time with any organization in USA to work. It usually take around 3-4 weeks for EAD to come and then you are all set to join the working force.Let me know
