Ingredients
Rice Flour- 2 Cups, Split Pea- One Hand Ful, Curry Leaves- 10 leaves, Ginger & Garlic Paste- 1 tspn, Cumin Seeds- 1 tspn, Ghee or Butter - 2 tspns,
\Green chilly paste-According to Taste, Salte-according to taste. Oil - to deep Fry
Cooking Instructions
1 Soak the Split peas for an hour. 2 Take the Rice Flour in container add all the above ingredients and also add the soaked split peas. 3 Heat the Ghee or Butter add the Flour. 4 Mix the Folur again. 5 Heat the oil in a container 6 Take some rice flour in a plate add small amount of water and mix the flour with water so that it should be like a chapati dough. 7 Take a small amount of Dough and rub a drop of cold oil on ur palm and make it into small circle. 8. put that circle into oil and fry them till golden brown and repeat the process.
NOTE: you should not put much water while making dough.
